OUR PROCESS

Whether the project is a new custom build or a renovation, every job has its own hurdles that need to be cleared. At Validus Custom Homes Ltd. We use the input of all trades involved to help our clients make the decisions that best suit their needs.

Step One

An initial meeting to discuss your needs, desires and budget.

Step Two

After further assessments, we will complete a scope of work and detailed budget. We then go over the complete project with out clients and fine tune the details. Once that is complete, we will sign the contract and get ready for production.

Step Three

After a thorough planning process, we are ready to begin construction. During the time, we maintain an open line of communication and work closely with our clients to ensure the project stays on time and on budget.

Step Four

Project is complete. We sit down with the clients and complete all the finishing details while maintaining complete transparency.
